The V-Lase makes it possible to use the CO2 laser for gynecological
applications. The treatment is based on laser-induced mild, controlled heating of the vaginal tissue (non-ablative photothermal effect), which stimulates angiogenesis, fibroblast activity and new collagen formation without ablation or excessive thermal damage.
