My name is Janet, and I've been working as the Regional Manager for the Southern Netherlands at Dalton Medical since November 2025. With a background as a skin therapist and extensive experience in the aesthetics sector, I combine specialist knowledge with commercial expertise.
As a skin therapist, I've worked both as an employee and run my own practice. This gives me a unique understanding of how practice owners think and the challenges they face in their daily work. This experience helps me provide targeted advice to doctors, skin therapists, and aestheticians when purchasing high-quality laser systems. I consider not only the technology but also what truly aligns with a practice's vision, target audience, and growth objectives.
I also have six years of experience as an account manager in the aesthetics industry. In this role, I learned the importance of building lasting relationships, thinking strategically, and always prioritizing quality.
