Job description
You are responsible for the Finance & Control department within Dalton Medical. You oversee the entire accounting and financial processes. You closely follow developments in the market and jump on them by making proposals to implement these developments within our organisation. You report directly to the management team.
Some of your duties include:
- Preparation of the annual budget and monthly consultations with management on the progress and realisation of this budget;
- Support the Finance department and administration. You will also be directly involved in MVA, inventory management, BVBA administrations, invoicing and system procurement and sales, among others;
- Analysing figures and data and advising on revenue increases and cost reductions;
- Assessing and guarding against risks related to finances;
- Prepare and manage cost calculations of the various products and contracts.
- Manage, control and process (administratively) incoming goods;
- Identifying developments in the market and making proposals to implement them within the organisation;

- HBO working and thinking level. Preferably you have completed a financial education;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of one or more administration programmes. Knowledge of SAPB1 is an advantage;
- Strongly developed analytical skills and a proactive attitude;
- Good oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
