De Fotona The SP Dynamis NX-line is the new generation multi-application laser. With its extensive list of safe, precise, and efficient treatment options and groundbreaking innovations such as eco-friendly CoolMist skin cooling and Dynamic Vacuum technology, it is the ultimate revenue-generating device for modern practices. Upgrades are also available for surgical procedures to expand the possibilities even further.
At the heart of the SP Dynmis Nx, you will find two complementary wavelengths:
- The 1064nm Nd:YAG laser is responsible for the deepest penetration, and the 2940 nm Er:YAG, with its high water absorption, is ideal for removing surface imperfections, for a visibly beautiful and long-lasting result.
- The Er:YAG is an ablative laser and the very unique and patented SMOOTH® The Dynamis model also makes non-ablative treatments with Er:YAG possible.
In short: The SP Dynamis Nx is the system for skin improvement and tightening for both face and body treatments, without downtime.

The SP Dynamis NX, SP Dynamis, and XS Dynamis are ablative lasers (the Er:YAG), among others, and treatments must therefore be performed by a skin therapist or physician (BIG registration required). The XP Dynamis is an Nd:YAG laser and does not have this caveat.
We advise you to use an external smoke extraction system during treatments in which laser vapors and laser smoke are created by heating and/or evaporation of tissue. Various scientific studies show that these fumes and smoke can pose a health risk to the heart and lungs. With TBH's extraction and filtration system you protect yourself, your staff and your patients against these smoke particles.
