I started as a financial and operational manager in March 2019, where I was mainly responsible for the financial administration, office staff, purchasing and service department. Over the past few years, helping the organization grow from a team of approximately 14 people to 25 Daltons now. In January 2024, I was given the opportunity to become co-owner of Dalton and also to be promoted to general manager. Before I started at Dalton, I worked as an Accountant for over 10 years.
