1. SUBSCRIPTION 
   1. Registration for the training takes place exclusively through a digital registration form on the website https://daltonmedical.nl/. A separate registration form must be completed for each participant. By ticking the items "You hereby declare that you have read the general terms and conditions which can be found via this link and agree to their content and applicability" during registration via the website, you declare that you agree to our general terms and conditions. 
   2. Registration is only possible if you hold an Initial training certificate. This certificate will be sent digitally when you have successfully completed the full basic training. Dalton Medical reserves the right to check the certificate. 
   3. Registration requires agreement to the registration and payment conditions.
   4. Registration is not final until Dalton Medical has received payment and sent a confirmation e-mail.
2. PAYMENT TERMS 
   1. The training fee includes lunch, digital course materials, assessment and certificate. The training costs do not include VAT. Payment should be made via payment system iDEAL on the website.
   2. All prices shown are subject to printing and typing errors.
   3. Dalton Medical reserves the right to change training fees as it deems necessary. Dalton Medical is not permitted to change training fees for the relevant trainee once the payment obligation has been met.
   4. Dalton Medical will send an invoice for each enrolment for the trainee's own records.
3. CANCELLATION
   1. Cancellation is only possible in writing no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled training by emailing to info@daltonmedical.nl.
   2. In case of timely cancellation, it is possible to move the training to the next training date or full refund of the payment received.
   3. Failure to cancel on time will oblige Dalton Medical to charge 100% of the training fee.
   4. Dalton Medical reserves the right to reschedule/cancel training if there are fewer than six participants. The training will then be rescheduled to the next training date by mutual agreement.
   5. If, in the event of force majeure on the part of Dalton Medical, the training cannot be provided on the set date, a new date will be set by mutual agreement. All other agreements will remain in force. Dalton Medical can in no way be held liable for any damage or costs incurred as a result of the date change.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   1.  Any information or documentation provided during training is the property of Dalton Medical. All training material offered is intended for personal use only. This information may not be reproduced, made public and/or otherwise brought to the attention of third parties or provided to third parties without the express prior permission of Dalton Medical. It is also not permitted to publish the material in modified form or to use it under one's own name without Dalton Medical's written permission. The ownership rights to the training material belong entirely to Dalton Medical.
   2. The trainee acknowledges taking cognisance of the above rights and shall, in case of any infringement of these rights, recover from the trainee an immediately payable fine of €500 for each violation and each week the violation continues damages.
5. LIABILITY
   1. Dalton Medical shall not be liable in any way for any damages and costs resulting from any failure to act or omit to act correctly on the information provided during the training.
